The Green Mountain State is pushing to be a leader in the production of next-generation gallium nitride, GaN, semiconductors that are used in cars, smart devices, data centers, aerospace, and defense.
The Department of Commerce announced Cristina Killingsworth will visit the Vermont Gallium Nitride Tech Hub in Burlington, Vermont.
